Three pillars,
one hundred points.
Criteria and maxima derive directly from the published scoring rules. Weights are set by the CANM RAI governance group — never by sponsors.
Each pillar reports what a site can do and how much of that claim is backed by evidence. The two never collapse into one number: a strong capability result with thin evidence is still "Not Yet Measured".
Capability result
Points earned ÷ points available among measured criteria only. Projected onto the pillar's grading scale once evidence coverage reaches 60%.
Evidence-maturity result
Measured maximum ÷ pillar maximum. Missing indicators reduce coverage — they are never entered as zero. Profile confidence (A–D) is coverage across all three pillars.
- EstablishedCoverage ≥ 40% and performance ≥ 75% of the measured maximum.
- DevelopingCoverage ≥ 40% and performance between 50% and 75%.
- ConstrainedCoverage ≥ 40% and performance below 50% — a signal for directed support, not a penalty.
- Not Yet MeasuredCoverage below 40%. No capability claim is made until the domain's inputs are validated.
